STRONG-G-3014 is a 1-color pyrometer (standard Infrared Thermometer) whose measuring range is from 300-1400℃. A Infrared Pyrometer optically measure surface temperatures at a (small) spot on a surface, and response very quickly and precisely thanks to digital signal processing.
One-color infrared pyrometer or monochromatic infrared pyrometer are used in a wide variety of industrial processes, where there is a clear view without disturbances such as dust or other contamination between the pyrometer and the object to be measured.
Compared to that, 2-color pyrometer can also measure through polluting lenses, dust, or smoke, or when the emissivity of the material is unknown. Each material is measured in a specific spectral range where the emissivity is as high as possible and homogeneous. Metals are measured in other spectral ranges as non-metals because they have different surface properties. Many available spectral ranges can also be used in a wide variety of areas.
STRONG series one color Accuracy Pyrometer determine the object temperature by receiving the sum of the narrow-band radiation energy emitted by the object. It uses advanced software and hardware design, with ultra-wide dynamic range and high stability. Special design of the Fixed Pyrometer allows Infrared Thermometer Accuracy within ±0.5%T℃ when site environemnt is good.
