Mars series monochrome pyrometer measures the temperature of an object by receiving the sum of the energy emitted by the object in narrow band. It is a compact infrared pyrometer with powerful functions.With a solid shell, 304 stainless steel movement (movement diameter only 50mm), when the ambient temperature is too high, the working environment has gray layer, according to the actual environment, choose 304 stainless steel protection water jacket, blowing cooling function.It has an adjustable lens with graduated aiming and an LED light source with a life of 100,000 hours.Circuit design adopts low temperature drift, full digital measurement design, high integration SOC chip application, visualization, OLED interface.The software design includes environmental temperature compensation, real-time signal processing, abnormal signal processing and software code optimization for various application environments.These special designs enable the MARS series monochromatic Infrared Pyrometer to be used in a variety of demanding industrial applications and for precise temperature control.


Working principle of Infrared Thermometer, one color pyrometer is used to measure the surface temperature of objects.The optical elements of the 1C pyrometer emit, reflect and transmit energy, which is collected and focused on a detector that electronically converts this information into a temperature reading and displays it.The laser on the instrument is only used to aim at the object being measured.The field of view of the Temperature Measurment Infrared Pyrometer should ensure that the area of the measured object is larger than the diameter of the instrument's infrared circular spot.The smaller the target, the closer the one color infrared pyrometer should be to the target.When accuracy is important, make sure the area of the object being measured is not less than 2 times the measurement point.When the distance (D) between the 1-color infrared pyrometer and the measured object increases, the spot (S) increases accordingly.Locating a hot spot To locate a hot spot, align the industrial infrared pyrometer with the outside of the measured area, then slowly move the Accuracy Pyrometer up and down and scan the entire area until the hot spot at the test site is determined.Note: It is not recommended to measure the temperature of luminescent metal or smooth metal surface (such as stainless steel, aluminum, etc.), and the instrument should not be measured through a transparent surface (such as glass).Steam, dust, smoke and so on block the infrared of the instrument and affect the accuracy of the measurement.Fixed Pyrometer can be widely used in steel smelting industry, forging, heat treatment, induction heating, vacuum furnace, high temperature furnace, monocrystalline silicon, polycrystalline silicon plaster casting, chemical refining, power equipment maintenance, food inspection, security, fire detection, injection molding, paint, ink, and Marine diesel engines, in areas such as the temperature monitoring and troubleshooting.
